This is a Cosmic dance...
We feel the power of Universe in our body!

Can we find a way to be in  a recieving mood?
Stop running  and seat, breath, just be.?

Do we give ourself time to conect with our dream?
Do we remember the childhoodtime when the life was an undiscovered miracle?
Do we feel inside this exitement for "what happens next"?
Do we lie in our bed and daydream?

This is our time to start believe in enternal life ?
Time to open up our hearts for the feeling of happy being.
Time to let bitterness, sadness just let go.
Time to be "IN THE NOW",
Time to accept everything from the past.
                                                                   Time to live, love and laugh.

Dear friends!
Keep moving into your desires direction - your feelings will lead you.
If there is a good feeling in your body, you are on the right way. If there is some discomfort, stop and observe "what is there", in your body and your senses.
Ask yourself: "what is that I resist, what is that I do not accept?"

Then try to"let go" and relief. You will feel lightness afterwords.

It is simple. The wellbeing comes from a total acceptance of what IS now.The reality is what you experience just now in your senses.
 In practicing non-judgmentally observation of your thoughts, feelings, whatever  brings you into mental CLEARITY - consciousness.

That is MEDITATION - to be in the flow of life just now. In every moment. And "let go" of all thoughts, feelings. Accept and let go.
Mindfulness gives you that skill.

Can we meet the day with a smile and welcome the vibration of wellbeing? If we train in chosing thoughts -feelings of appreciation - the result will be peace of mind. We are in a process to accept  and  relax in this very moment of our life!
Exercise:
# Sit or lie comfortably.
# Close your eyes for a moment
# Direct your awereness to breathing in your belly and accept it as it is right now
# Be awere of your heart beating
# Allow the feeling of thankfulness and gratitude to arise in your cheast
# Feel this feeling of "to be alive just now"

# Keep in contact with your breathing during the day
