1. Sit in a comfortable position.
2. Close your eyes and relax in your face.
3. Breath through your nose in your belly.
4. Relax in whole of your body.
5. Put your attention to your heart and relax in this moment.
6. Release all bitterness and welcome stillness.
7. Remind yourself of some of the things you are really thankfull for in your life.
8. Smile and connect with your breathing.
9. Stay in this emotional state for some minutes.
